General Information
Where are you located, and what are your operating hours?
We are located at Rear of 214-216 Alexandra Avenue, Rayners Lane, Harrow HA2 9BU. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Please feel free to visit us during these times.
Do you cater to both residential and commercial clients?

What safety standards do your glass products meet?
All our glass products meet industry-standard safety certification to British Standards EN 12150 Class 1, ensuring durability and compliance with local regulations.
Do you collaborate with architects, designers, or contractors?
Absolutely! We work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to bring your glass projects to life.
What areas do you cover?
We generally cover within the M25 of London and some surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us for confirmation.
Can I visit your showroom or facility to see your products?
Yes, we welcome visitors to our showroom during operating hours. Please feel free to pop in or contact us to schedule a appointment.
How do I place an order for glass services?
You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website, phone, or email. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.
How can I get a quote for my glass project?
To request a quote, please provide details about your project through our online form or contact us directly. We aim to provide accurate quotes instantly for simple enquiries and 24hours-48hrs for all other quote requests.
Products & Services
What types of glass products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of glass products, including mirrors, tabletops, splashbacks, shower enclosures, glass partitions, and more. Custom designs and finishes are also available to suit your needs.
Can you cut glass whilst I wait?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day glass cutting service. Our Lead times vary based on the complexity of the order. Standard custom glass orders typically take 7-10 working days, but we will confirm the timeline upon enquiry or when you place your order.
Are your glass products heat- and scratch-resistant?
All of our toughened glass products are manufactured to be heat-resistant, except for Standard Mirrors and Laminated Glass, which may vary based on type and intended use. While our standard glass products are not scratch-resistant, we offer specific scratch-resistant glass types for purchase.
Can you create glass products for unusual or irregular shapes?
Absolutely! We specialize in crafting custom glass products for unique shapes and designs. Simply provide us with your specifications, and we’ll handle the rest.
Do you offer a measure and installation service?
Yes, we offer measuring and installation services for medium to large projects. We start with an initial estimate or a site visit to discuss your project in detail. Once confirmed, we provide a survey measure or template with detailed drawings for your approval before manufacturing glass for the perfect fit.
How accurate is your glass production, is there any glass tolerances to consider?
Our standard glass tolerances are +/- 2-3mm. For products requiring higher precision, we use state-of-the-art CNC machines, achieving tolerances of up to +/- 1mm.
Will you come out to measure my tabletop?
For standard, straightforward rectangular tabletops, we produce them based on your measurements. However, we do offer a measurement service for more irregular shapes, such as ovals or racetrack shapes, which require precise templating. We are always happy to give friendly advice or guidance on providing us with measurements.
Can you cut glass from a template or a drawing?
Yes, we can manufacture glass from physical templates or CAD Drawings, sketched out drawings are also fine. We only accept templates made from solid sturdy materials e.g wood, thin ply or thick correx, we do not accept templates made from cardboard, paper or any other flimsy material.
Pricing and Payment
How is the price for custom glass calculated (e.g., size, thickness, features)?
The price for custom glass is based on several factors, including size, thickness, type of glass, additional features (e.g., coatings or finishes), and any customization. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Please contact us for details if you have a specific payment preference. Note: whilst we do accept cash payments, we currently do no offer cash discounts or VAT exemptions.
Do you offer a price-matching guarantee?
Yes, we aim to provide competitive pricing and may offer a price match on similar products or services. Contact us with the details of the competitor’s quote, and we’ll review it.
Can I pay in installments, or is full payment required upfront?
For most orders, full payment is required upfront especially supply only products as they are bespoke made. However, for larger projects or custom orders, we may offer installment options. Please reach out to discuss your specific requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the typical delivery time for glass products?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and customization required. Standard products are typically delivered within 7-10 working days approx, while custom orders may take longer. Contact us for an estimated delivery timeline.
How is my glass order packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
All our glass products are carefully handled to ensure their safety. For direct deliveries, we use basic packaging that includes durable plastic corner protectors secured with edge film. For orders dispatched via courier, we provide additional protective packaging, such as foam or bubble wrap, and use wooden reinforcements when necessary to ensure the glass is well-protected during transport.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email with photos of the damage and packaging. Please report this within 24 hours of receiving the order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing the product or issuing a refund.
Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery and installation services to ensure your glass products are delivered and installed with care and precision. For special delivery requests or installations please enquire prior to ordering. This service would be charged in addition to the delivery.
What areas do you cover for deliveries?
We deliver within the M25 area of London and some surrounding regions, subject to post code check. Our dedicated transport service ensures your glass arrives safely and in perfect condition. We can dispatch some glass products outside the M25 area though this has some restrictions depending on the product spec, please contact us for more information.
Are there any delivery restrictions for custom or fragile glass items?
While we strive to accommodate all orders, some delivery restrictions may apply to custom or fragile items, particularly for remote locations. For orders dispatched via courier service the maximum size of glass is 1000 (mm) or under. Contact us to discuss specific order or delivery requirements.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order and get a refund before it is shipped?
You can cancel a order if the glass has not been sent into production at that point a refund can be arranged. Once the glass has moved into production cancellation or refund would not be possible.
Can I get a replacement if my product arrives damaged?
Absolutely! If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will discuss your options and arrange for replacement.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size or type of glass?
If you ordered the wrong size or type of glass or any other error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot accept returns for custom-made products, we’ll do our best to assist you with a suitable solution.
Account & Orders
Can I modify my order (e.g., change dimensions or features) after placing it?
Modifications can be made if your order has not yet entered the production phase. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes, and we’ll let you know if they’re feasible.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation order acknowledgement with all the details. If you do not receive it within a 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
